Impactful Tours Featured Photo

This is a great tour because:

You can participate in conservation of turtles. During the turtle egg hatching months, from November to January, with a small donation, you can even reserve a few baby turtles and watch them being released back into the sea. ‘Pawikan’ means sea turtle in the local language of Tagalog. This pawikan conservation center is run by volunteers. It has some space for briefing the visitors about the need to protect this marine species, and for protecting the mother turtles and their eggs during hatching.
Contact Mr. Manolo, director and lead volunteer ( 09216302842) of the centre to plan your visit. Best to do so before you get to Morong since cell signal can be erratic.

Itinerary

Arrive the center at the pre-arranged time, and get a 30 minute briefing. Then tour around the small center, and take part in releasing the hatchlings into the sea if you have made the arrangement with the center organizers.
